Ya know that 'news flash' per the 'theft' of their hdwr. - computers etc. announced today (3rd April 2002) is the stated reason they're late in their 12/31/02 SEC mandated filings - wasn't this outfit's office burgled last Summer? It never ends - nothing delivered, nothing 'sold' and more and more 'spin'
