Unless you believe that Coca Cola can grow at 20% for ever (in which case its share price should be infinitely high) there is no way Coke can grow fast enough to justify its astronomical P/E valuation. It is possible to believe that Coca Cola is the greatest company in the universe AND think its a short. $40 is a fair price for Coke
