Well LT, go take one of those Cisco jobs and gives us a heads up as to what is going on with Cisco's $825mm IT budget. Cisco says they have global 500 CEO's (not CIO's) marching through San Jose to understand how Cisco uses IT to run their business. Cisco tells 'em that early IT build is low ROI but once infrastructure in, building network applications on top of that (stage 2 and beyond)is when ROI/productivity really kick-in...
