I felt strongly enough to send a PM to Mani but I doubt there will be four other complaints so no vote and it probably doesn't merit a summary suspension. I also decided to post a public opinion in an effort to suggest a little more civility on the thread - and not just from you.

While your explanation for the comment isn't unreasonable I don't believe it is sufficient IMO to warrant the post. IIRC, wbmw's extensive exchange on the Intel thread after his surgery was more the result of available time than medication? Of course, I was forewarned of the exchange from another post so was able to IGNORE the series.

A self-imposed ban is your choice but I would rather see courteous posts. My reaction is merely my opinion and was not helped by other posts (yours and others). I have the IGNORE option. However, I would like to see the noise level here lowered so that the content is more accessible.

The bickering and outright attacks in many of the posts on this thread the last few weeks has severely reduced my interest in contributing.
