It is a fair bet that they do not not. Racism is the improper attribution of largely immutable characteristics according to race. Even if you allow that they admit of exception, you find them typical of those in the category. Sometimes, the characteristics are bogus; sometimes they are not, but may just as easily have a cultural or historical explanation; and sometimes there may be characteristics that seem to correlate, but may easily change with changes in social or breeding habits. Racism is generally motivated by a desire to establish a racial pecking order, but may originate in unsophisticated social analysis, and not be per se malevolent. What I have before called "racialism" is an attempt to put ordinary racism on an ideological/quasi- scientific basis, and it is definitely malevolent........
