So how come 20 other white guys got the jobs, where there more than 20 jobs? You may have been victim of the old boy network. Civil service, union, and teachers jobs around here are usually already filled with friend and relatives when the advertising appears. Or maybe you didn't make a good impression on her and she didn't like you and wasn't too clever in coming up with excuses.... In any event it's hard to show racial bias against a group who got all the jobs....
