No, WalMart is the place where you can return faulty merchandise, the consumer finds value at every turn, and the desktop PC's do not bind the purchaser to a Windows contract. Couldn't be farther apart in business models and practices.

MSFT is more like an old Soviet tractor factory with their centrally-administered five-year plans and one-tractor-fits-all business model... 1990 Windows 3.0, 1995 Windows 95, 2000 Windows 2000, 2005 .NET and so on.
