Wolfden - High Grade Gold Results Received From Monument Bay

Thunder Bay, Ontario --
SHARES ISSUED: 15,112,171

WOLFDEN RESOURCES INC. (YWO:CDNX) is pleased to announce that it
has received assay results from the first hole of an ongoing
drill program at the Monument Bay Gold Property from joint
venture partner and operator BEMA GOLD CORPORATION (BGO:TSE). The
high-grade B-Zone returned an assay of 31.03g/t (0.91 oz/ton)
Gold across 2.35 meters. Seven holes totaling approximately 1930
meters have been completed on the Twin Lakes Zone at Monument
Bay. The A and B zones have been intersected in 5 of the 7 holes
and the B zone was intersected in a 6th hole. The zones are
marked by sericite alteration and silicification with increased
sulphide mineralization. To date, results have been received from
the A and B zones in the first hole (02-69) only. Hole 02-69 is
a 65 meter stepout up dip and to the west of TL00-01 (Wolfden
drilling 2000 - 29.96g/t Au across 4.2m). Mineralization remains
open to the west. Results are as follows:

Core is being cut on site to a 1/3 2/3 split and the 2/3 split is
being sent to TSL labs in Saskatoon. Maximum sample length is 1.5
meters. Two control standards and one field blank are inserted in
the sample stream. Check samples will be sent to another lab. The
exploration is being supervised by Bema Gold's exploration
department.

Further assay results will be released upon receipt.
