sofaspud - can't accuse this co. of doing a whole lot of promotion. Stockwatch tossed up a news note so checked to see if the release was at one of the other public newswire services but couldn't find it. 3Q numbers for period ended jan.31, 2001 were filed at SEDAR April 1. Positive working capital with a little bit of cash however a decent chunk of payables and operating loans on the balance sheet. Barely profitable in the last qtr. but not showing a loss. Just under 9mil. shares o/s and insiders/mgmt. appear to have control of just over 50%.
