Moonsoo Pyo's recent presentation to the Merrill Lynch Global Communications Conference shows 1xRTT as currently implemented at SKT as 2.5G in slides 9, 10, and 11.

In slide 11, 1xEV-DO & W-CDMA is shown as 3G.
