TouchStone Appoints Jason K. Raza as CEO and President
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2002--TouchStone Software Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TSSW - news) announced today that Jason K. Raza, its current vice president and board member, will become the company's new chief executive officer and president, effective April 2, 2002.
As CEO and president, Raza will assume leadership responsibility for the operations of the company, including continued development and implementation of the company's go-forward business plan as it emerges from a comprehensive corporate restructuring. Pierre Narath will remain chairman of TouchStone Software Corporation's Board of Directors, providing counsel on key strategic initiatives and identifying new services, joint ventures, partner's and technologies consistent with the company's vision and mission.
