I believe he gave the Israelis the nod to move into Ramallah & other towns to round up the terrorists & their armaments. Of course, we must protest & the Israelis understand because diplomatically we need to look unbiased. It's beyond me why it's fine for Palestinian suicide bombers to blow up as many civilians as possible....but Israel is supposed to do nothing about it. That's ridiculous.
