ADLAC is a family controlled cable system. The owners are held in high regard in the industry. They have a lot of debt, and it looks like they did some stupid things with the off-books financing. they are not crooks. i think it likely that COX or someone will come in and white knight them, though the price might only be in the high teens now. AOL and Comcast have their plates full. Paul Allen and Charter likewise. COX stands out as the most likely candidate. I think the shares below 10 are a steal, but it might go to 5 or 3. They have good cash flow but toooo much debt. also ABIZ, their former CLEC which they spun off, just filed chap 11 and ADLAC is responsible for some of th ABIZ's debt. not a pretty picture, but they do have strong customer base. larry
