The draw - it is still unseasonably cold up here in north country. Lots of very strong high pressure. So it is possible the lower 48 has more colder than normal to come as well. Our Fbanks winter was cold, warm now cold again. All in all probably not far from average, we just didn't get the brutal cold in Jan/Feb like we could/should have. Avoided it for two yrs running now.
