Well, according to the SEC garbage they got around to "reviewing" Enron's 1997 annual report before that concept bankruptcy scam of their owners blew up. Who knows; if they had spent more time on reading the crap filed with them and less time on making headlines for busting petty penny stock pushers and executing companies of no consequence at all WITHOUT ANY TRIAL, JUDGE, JURY OR SENTENCE - heck who knows...they might even have located Cisco's 1993 annual report by now!
