If you consider a 40% rise in outstanding share in a quarter "acceptable", so be it. It is just your ownership in the company that is being watered down.

The problem is that the company is "burning" through cash faster than it can generate it. I feel for you if you have owned this company for over two years. There are much better companies out there if you want to have a position in GPS.
