Let's see how honest Silicon Investor is. ================================================ Dear S.I. administration:
This post:
Message 17283941
got me banned from the applicable thread.
I protest, and request Silicon Investor to reverse the ban, and to discipline the forum host who banned me.
There is no question that my post was highly critical of someone who posts regularly in that forum (Canadian over-$3.00).
But:
- the post was on-topic. It concerns a company called "Tracker" which in inception was Canadian. The company reorganized technically in the U.S. after an action by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission forced it into bankruptcy, but the management and operations remained exactly the same (see below) and I believe the reorganization was part of a sham.
- SamDan, the subject of my post has a history of stock pumping and personal attacks (want to see some examples?). I don't expect SI to take a side in that argument (in fact, it shouldn't), but it is improper to allow him to have his word, and not to allow me to respond. If he and TRKR are a crooked as I belive they are, Silicon Investor becomes complicit in his actions by not allowing the free exchange of ideas that is Silicon Investor's strength and purpose.
Tracker recently ceased operations, proving everything I've been saying about them for years has been accurate -- namely that it was a scam, a company with deceptive press releases, and front-men like Sam-Dan to boost its phony claims online.
If there is some further action I need to take to file a formal complaint with SI to cause this matter to be investigated, please let me know.
- Charles (further contact information below)
