This isn't England my friend. I stated that it was a rumor. Why not deal with the substance of the arguement and not the minutia. None of us here are privy to wether or not Enron debt insturments were held by Barrick. It wouldn't be surprising since they both had the same investment banker, Morgan/Chase.
