Kerm, According to the interview you posted, PEY appears to be trading at a deep discount to NPV based upon long life reserves. I would think that with 70% of lands remaining undeveloped after the current gas plant expansion is filled, PEY would be attractive to a gas based income trust like Shiningbank for example. cheers, teevee
