bb: I see your girlfriend the permabear is still babbling...<g>

I have been involved in seeking justice for some of the employees of what I would call a mini Enron. It seems the Government is not highly motivated if the company is small and does not make the headlines. While I have never been associated with the company, someone close to me has.

Over the last few months in addition to dealing with the IRS on a separate matter, I have been communicating via voice, certified mail and in person with the DOL-PWBA, DOL-WHD, DOJ-Fraud Div, Texas Comptroller Enforcement Div, Texas Pay Day Law Unit, US Trustees Attorney in NY and will soon begin a dialog with the Texas Attorney General Office and the Regional FBI White Collar Crime Squad.

I have been trying to cut back on my on line posting anyway, but as this quest heats up it is putting more demands on my time. For the near future I will not be posting but on rare occasion.

I am still long select equities. Regarding those positions I posted about publicly (WCOM, TERN and FONX) I remain long those issues as well with stops adjusted slightly higher for WCOM and TERN. I still have buy orders in for FONX if it falls back below ten cents. The COMPX adjusted up the resistance line of its in play falling wedge and bounced at the support line of that wedge yesterday, once again. The NYA made a clear break to the norm above its wedge and retraced much of the move. With the following decline off the top of the break, the price oscillations down have formed a larger falling wedge. Unfortunately I was not able to trade this move back down as I prefer to trade the intraday to short-term moves. My medium-term outlook is still bullish.

As always, I suggest that everyone use stop loss points whether your expectations are bullish or bearish.

Good luck and the best of "good buys"...

Regards,
LG
