Joint venture Portugal Telecom (Telesp Celular) and Telefónica in Brazil to be made up to June, according to the president of Portugal Telecom cited the "Diário Económico" newspaper. Only mobile market.

In the past, the executive had already confirmed that the conclusion of the joint venture dependeded on fulfilment of Telefonica's (Telesp fixed line) contractual obligations to ANATEL and that Portugal Telecom makes a decision on the migration of Telesp Celular to GSM
