Dear Rich: Here is something STRANGE. Few years ago my wife and I took 3 months and toured much of the West (18,000 miles worth). Here in Fla speed limit is 70 many western states it is 75 but one (I think its Montana is unstated) Well, I set my cruise control for 75 most of the time and in the states with a stated speed limit people were always flying by me, YET the state with no upper speed limit I found my self flying by everyone else. Guess people only really speed if there is a law against it?? jdn
