sofa - called a couple of weeks ago & briefly asked about the departure. At the time the guy was still on the payroll and it was indicated it was a pre-defined retirement strategy and search for replacement was in final stages. Sense I obtained was that the founders seemed to have comfortable control and figured that when the cycle returns they will do o-k. I do like the reporting standards and detail provided in the financials compared to some other small players in the same sectors.
