My late wife spent quite some time at Memorial Sloan Kettering two years ago. I found it almost impossible to use a cell phone in the hospital itself, and totally impossible to get a reliable connection. Her floor, however, had two PCs with fast internet connection in the patients lounge, but her floor was exceptional.
