Thank you for the latest example of suburban paranoia.

My wife and I chose to remain in the city, in an integrated neighborhood, rehab a turn-of-the-century home and send our children to fully integrated public schools. We have had no regrets.

I would also pose this question to you: Which kids are better able to deal with the "real world" after high school/college ... those who were exposed to different races/cultures in grade school/high school, or those who were exposed only to people like themselves in grade school/high school?
