Re: "At a lot of inner city schools that's an open question." How about the folks who sent their kids to Columbine High to escape "inner-city problems"? The odds of your kid getting gunned down are greater at an affluent suburban high school than at an inner-city school. The odds of your kid being exposed to drugs and alcohol are greater at an affluent suburban high school than at an inner-city school.
