What's up with GNSS?

I held some GNSS and SAGI which I sold prior to the completion of the merger. The stock seemed overpriced to me then. But it sure has fallen a long way. The Yahoo message board has the familiar look of a stock with the shorting sharks circling in the water. Lot's of shorts overwhelming the boards, but little explanation for their positions. I'm wondering about the cause of the fall:

1. New competition?
2. Inefficiency in merging with SAGI or moving to the US or inefficiency in general?
3. Drop in projections for sales of GNSS type chips?
4. Momentum short selling?
5. Suspicion of accounting oddities?

This stock scares me right now, but I'd have to look hard at getting back in around 15 if it gets so low. As I recall SAGI went down when it merged with Faroudha. Maybe this is more of the same. They are definitely in a growth market area, and are a big player there.

What say you posters and lurkers to this board?
