Major things have happened since May 2001

How would YOU know this if you can not find any company press releases for 2001? Looking at the SEC filings filed last year, it looks like the company sold more stock than product in terms of dollars. I can't find that much of anything has happened since May 2001 other than it appears that the company doesn't have the money to complete its annual report for 2001.

To me, it looks like DeMoulin left Disney to start Chris DeMoulin Associates. I don't see that his former position at Disney has anything to do with Genius Products.

The deal with Warner would definitely have some merit, but it's going to take A LOT of sales in order to clean up the balance sheet. And, you say that Disney has bought a Genius Products competitor!! How is this company with 9 employees and a consultant (DeMoulin) going to compete with Disney?

Again, do you have ANY affiliation with this company?
