dybdahl, "I hope they will allow more people to make strategic decisions." Out of 400 million PC's only about 20 million upgraded to XP, sounds like the majority of the people are making strategic decisions for Ballmer... The sooner MSFT transforms into a services provider the better it is for the shareholders. Cheers, Norm
