Hi, Joe - "As for CIBC, Jim, again I have to say that unfortunately those trades seem to not have Amigo finger prints on them. 80% of them are market sells, creating new down ticks. There has been some CIBC selling on a side tick or up tick, though it's been minimal. They may very well be an Amigo, but those sells last week and today did not seem Acqua related."

Joe, my guess is that if CIBC hasn't become an Amigo, then the sells are related, in some way, to the "creative financing" for Oxo Chemie. Isn't CIBC the transfer agent for DMX? Maybe those are some of REK's shares, being used to finance the Oxo purchase, being sold in a controlled fashion.

Another little mystery...

Personally, I don't believe it's bad news - but I've been wrong before. In any case, I've got a bid in for 2,000 more.

Thanks for the info -

Jim
