and then another 337,000 traded in after hours ...and they take it down .29 cents from 4:00 close...

Here's the 337,000, in three huge trades:

16.09 $ 4.10 250000
16.07 $ 4.25 77000
16.03 $ 4.31 10000

Pretty surely, these were traded during the day, and only crossed after hours -- presumably part of the mugging and frisking by the MM's?
