"biggest worry for commanders at sea is still a missile attack" They had better worry. One can sink an 3 billion-dollar aircraft carrier with a one-million dollar missile. Recall the Exocet -60s vintage techonology, USD200K- fired by an Argentine jet , sunk a 58 million dollar British frigate.
