8:35AM: The results of the March Employment Report were just released. Non-farm payrolls increased 58,000 slightly edging out the consensus estimate of 50,000. The March unemployment rate came in at 5.7% versus the consensus estimate of 5.6%. Overall, this report looks a touch weaker than expected, but not weak enough to undermine recovery expectations or to have a significant market impact.
