wannab and all INTC longs: Here is an interesting piece of paper. Do you folks consider this a bullish position on the part of the issuer?

NEW YORK, Apr 4, 2002 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading ABN AMRO 12% Reverse Exchangeable Securities linked to Intel Corp. The $21 million debt issue is listed under the ticker symbol REX.M and will mature on October 6, 2003.

The notes, which have a face value of $1,000, will bear interest at a 12% annual rate. At maturity, based on the closing price of Intel Corp., the issuer will pay as principal either the face value in cash or shares of Intel Corp. common stock.

The notes are issued by ABN AMRO. The Amex specialist unit for the securities is Spear, Leeds & Kellogg.
