Here's a puzzle for you all to ponder: You're in a room with three light switches. One of them operates the attic light upstairs, and the others do absolutely nothing. They are unlabeled. You cannot tell from your room when the light is on, even by looking out the window. You are allowed one trip to the attic to determine which switch operates the light. You have no help, and no tools. How can you know with certainty which switch it is? My father told me this one, and the answer is simple, but not readily apparent.

Christine, take the Fiat, but do pay a mechanic an hour and a half labor to look it over thoroughly. Make sure you choose a mechanic that knows Fiat's well, he or she will be hard to find. Parts will be hard to get, but it should be a fun car, and hey, the price is right. If it's in good shape there are plenty of people that would buy it at a premium, since they are collectable.
