>Tenchusatsu, wasn't the Spanish Inquisition encouraged by papal Rome? Wasn't the Spanish Inquisition intended 'to purify" the Spaniards under one religion, Catholism, and all other religions were considered heresy and their members, infidels? Weren't the Muslims particularly singled out for torture and death?

Yeah, and that sure did suck. Of course, that was a thousand years ago. Just because it wasn't stopped by anyone then doesn't mean that it's OK for Muslims to do such now.

>More recently, wasn't it the Christian Serbs who were attacking and killing the Yugoslav Muslims?

Both sides were at fault there. The Christians were just stronger. Remember, there were a lot of Al-Qaida among the Muslims. The atrocities would've gone the other way if the Muslims had been stronger.
