OVER Overture Svcs files patent infringement suit against Google (26.95 -0.75) Announces that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Google Inc. in the U.S. Federal District Court in Los Angeles. The lawsuit charges Google with infringement of Overture's patent protecting various features and innovations relating to bid-for-placement products and Overture's Pay-For-Performance search technologies.
