Woolsey was a Clinton appointee too and Clinton canned him after he realized his mistake. He should have canned Freeh also when he started to become a Starr hack but per usual you repubs would have gone ballistic if he had done so. The repubs loved the guy and it is now very clear that he was a disaster as director. Too bad he did not spend time as Director working on FBI problems. What a loser.

Btw, re the middle east and the current occupant of the White House; Al Hunt had it right on yesterday when in the WSJ he pointed out that the repubs would have gone nuts if Clinton and his administration had screwed up that situation as badly as the current clowns have.
