Are you talking about "recent" insder trading in the last few days? Or, are you referring to the insider trading that took place in May. At that time, Myers (Pres), Watkins (Exec VP), Patterson (VP), Budde (Dir) all sold shares in the thirties that they acquired for $8.08 (the incentive option price). That was disturbing enough to me, because though the amounts were small, you don't sell even small amounts if you have reason to think the stock is going to rise significantly in the near future.
But, if you're talking about more recent sales, I think that's a strong negative message about the earnings picture. (Is this going to be another SIII?)
Maybe Darrell can contact his buddy Brian Turner and find out what's going on. (Though Turner is not the most forthright guy around. Right after he told Darrell that Intel had no intention of selling its shares, it sold 133,000+ shares back to RSYS.) Also, Tektornix sold another bunch of its shares (but, that may be for other reasons).
I own too many shares of RSYS and your news is making me very nervous.
