Yeah, it is not good. Plus, with extensive contacts throughout Latin America, it is possible that we could have been further isolated. A lot of Arabs were pro- Nazi as well. With the Soviet Union in Hitler's hands, most of the contemporary oil reserves could have been in Nazi hands. Then let's not forget the Japanese........
