Mr. Shorr is I believe wrong. The incursion is routing out entire cells of murders. If Powell refuses to meet with Arafat, unless he renounces terror, in Arabic, he will be seen as the loser. If his protection fails to protect the murderers he's hiding, it will prove successful. When the terrorists surrender in Bethlehem, they will have lost. When Hamas is crippled, they've lost, when Jihad is crippled, they've lost, when PFLP is crippled, they've lost, and now that Al Aqsa is unmasked and crippled it's lost. I believe this spells the turning point in the use of terror to accomplish political means. Soon the Arab world will learn that their is a real cost to pay for terror. They are paying it now. This is only a downpayment, if they don't learn, they'll get no further discounts.
