Kondamoori is the CEO and Field is a director. Both were forced to sell shares due to margin calls. They have been previous buyers of NUKO stock in the open market so they had owned some shares at a much higher cost basis. Ram Kedlaya, VP of Strategic Planning, also had a margin call a couple months ago.
