Let me try to help in anyway...Remember, in my eyes MGX is basically two companies in one (Enterprise solutions and Consumer graphics solutions)

For Enterprise:
I have spoken with Doug Richard (CEO) regarding the Optima purchase. The Optima products are very sophisticated business modeling tools that once integrated with the Flowcharter products should help drive corporate enterprise solutions. MGX believes the future involves creating global solutions for the Enterprise customer...which Optima can help MGX get there quicker. This is not going to be a big revenue maker for MGX now, but instead an investment of working capital to secure the future against companies like VISIO.

So where are they heading???

I have been told that everything should start coming together in the December qtr. The new corporate sales force will be in-place for a period of time (and closing business), and a global launch of consumer applications will also be happening in that time frame. The summer qtr for software companies is pretty slow, preparing for the xmas release of products. MGX has very popular consumer lines (Creatacard and Draw) that should do very well this xmas...also much of corporate purchasing happens at the end of the year...this double hit should jump start the company.

Don't know anything about the new Chairman, but he has impressive credentials.

As an investor, I need them to start making real money again. It looks like the turnaround is happening and this December investors of MGX should start feeling the results.
