Evil's greatest trick is to convince the world that it does not exist.

Tenchusatsu, its too easy to declare the Palestinians evil disciple of Satans and be done with them. To lump them in as another example of the Taliban is also too simple a response. The Palestinians have a manifest destiny.....they want to be a free state. Unfortunately, some in their culture also what Israel gone. They can't have it both ways but wanting Israel gone and doing what they can to make that happen is not automatically evil nor is Israel demanding that they stay and doing what they can to make that happen not automatically evil either. However, the behavior that comes from either premise is unacceptable and can not be tolerated.

I think the danger for us is making all Arabs/Muslims alike. Just as Mexico, the US and the Union of South Africa are all democracies but are very different cultures; as far as I can tell, the similarities and disparities are the same in the Arab/Muslim cultures. Unfortunately, we have discovered the Taliban and Ai Qaeda, and now want to make all dissident Arabs/Muslims the same as them. I think that's a mistake and we need to look at each group individually.
