I'd get one if I could disable it with a squeeze of sphincter or something other personal act. Would you want your body to become the equivalent of your home phone?? I can see it now, telemarketing directly to the grain of rice. You get to have it your way when you think about a burger, you get a direct marketer calling you -

"Mr. Cosmic, would you like a side of fries with burger you're thinking about? Wait, of course you would ... I have it right here on my console."

Oh dear.
