What they keep saying, is that what they are being offered is numerous disconnected pieces of land connected by checkpoints. Doesn't sound like a workable plan to me.


Yah, yah, so they keep saying...now. But of course their counterproposal would have fixed all this...oh wait, there never was a counter proposal, was there? Tell me, what do you do in a settlement where one party won't negotiate? do you just give him his 100%?
