Bush's decision to send Secretary of State Colin Powell to the Middle East looks utterly forlorn. Why should Palestinians agree to a cease-fire when they are at war and think they are doing well, as all evidence suggests? Z, this is the second time I have read that the Palestinians are doing well..........by what standards? Three times as many Palestinians have been killed, and the destruction to property is much greater on the Palestinian side. The Palestinians who think they are ahead of the game can't be too bright. ted
