With your logic, we should blame the U.S. Army for the Oklahoma City bombing. Afterall didn't the U.S. military train Timothy McVeigh?

The labor movement in the United States used racism as a major tool in its beginning. Should we now blame racism in the United States on Unions?

The United States as far as I know, never gave military assistance or aid to the Taliban. The fact that they gave aid to people who years later became Taliban, or like Bin Laden, enemy - is not the same as "Underwriting the enemy".
