Sector Investor, You need to delete the old Continuim Client file... Go into your C/drive and locate your ProgramFiles folder and then go into the Quote.com folder and delete all folders except "QChartsBeta" and "Continuim Client"... This will remove you older version/s of Qcharts and the bad Continuim Client file... EOM Shoreco
