The fighting here and in the nearby city of Jenin pitted Israeli tanks and armor against Palestinians hiding among buildings on city streets and in refugee camps. Reports said that Palestinian commanders were handing out explosive suicide-bomber-type belts, and at times Palestinian fighters rushed in to try to blow up Israeli soldiers. Palestinian officials were warning this evening of a "massacre" in Nablus. Sure its a massacre. With the "Palestinian commanders" whoever they may be, Fatah or Hamas or Muhammad himself, handing out suicide bomb belts. Palestinians massacring themselves would be a more apt description. Derek
